I usually only have to service my vehicle every 4-6 months so I don't see them often, but I'm on a first name basis with Neal and he is always helpful and honest about the best thing to do for my car. The entire process took less than an hour and their Business Manager, Tracy Roberts was very kind and a tremendous help during the financing part of the process. The car it self is immaculate inside and out! Upon taking my car over to Century BMW to obtain other service records, they raved for ten mins about how I could not have bought my car from a better, high quality dealership. Tremendous Experience I was in the market for several months for a new car but had yet to decide on a make and model. I drove a 2014 Passat as a rental car for a business t I was in the market for several months for a new car but had yet to decide on a make and model. I drove a 2014 Passat as a rental car for a business trip and really liked the power and style even though it had very few option being a rental. When i pulled into the dealership, i was greeted by Lisa. Within 15 minutes, she had me sold on the 2015 Passat. My only decision left to make was color and trim. He knowledge about the car and available features was extremely impressive and made it a lot easier for me to decide. The purchasing process through Steve White was among the smoothest and fastest that i have ever been through. Tracy in finance was on her game. My overall experience was tremendous and i would recommend Steve White to anybody looking for a new car!! More

Consummate Professionals I recently purchased an A5 for my wife for Christmas. My inquiry began via the internet. Shortly after the inquiry I had an email message from Al Tayl I recently purchased an A5 for my wife for Christmas. My inquiry began via the internet. Shortly after the inquiry I had an email message from Al Taylor, our sales person. Al was extremely responsive, thorough, and informative- all before we had even met in person. I scheduled a visit to the dealer once I returned from a business trip to test drive the A5 and have our Acura RL evaluated for trade in. The whole test drive and trade in evaluation was seamless and not rushed even though we arrived near closing time. There was even no pressure when we said that we wanted to see the Lexus RC before we made a choice. Al and the team even agreed to stay later to allow us to go see the RC before making a decision. Needless to say, we decided to go with the A5 after going to see the RC. Al and Terry Smith were both more than happy to stay late after we returned from Lexus to complete the sale and have the A5 detailed so we could take it with us that same night. And, I am happy to report that we have received the very same treatment after the sale as they once again seamlessly followed through on a commitment made to tint the windows after the sale. Al's responsiveness, flexibility and professionalism all while being totally devoid of pressure tactics often encountered when buying a car were exemplary- in fact, our whole experience with this dealer has been exemplary.
