Had an oil change today with synthetic oil. They put a reminder sticker on my windshield like most all dealers/service centers, but the return milage was 5,000 miles. I have had a synthetic oil change at reminder sticker on my windshield like most all dealers/service centers, but the return milage was 5,000 miles. I have had a synthetic oil change at other dealers and major auto service centers and they all use 10,000 miles between service. I can't figure that out other than Steve White wants customers to schedule unnecessary services to increase their revenue with this deceptive practice. I could be wrong. Maybe they use a different synthetic oil. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. Unfortunately I left with a uneasy feeling seeing the windshield sticker reminder. Maybe they will call me to explain their intentions. More

As I brought my BeetIe in for his 80K mi tweak, I was a little concerned about waiting in view of the pandemic, but the care taken by the dealer was reassuring. I had a 9:30 am appointment to run diagnostics on why my dash lights were lighting up sporadically. I did not get my car back until 2:15 pm. They took a very long time and I feel like they only got it done dash lights were lighting up sporadically. I did not get my car back until 2:15 pm. They took a very long time and I feel like they only got it done at the time they did because I came back to the dealership and explained that I lived an hour away and needed my car back to go home. The employees would also promised they would call me back to give me updates on my car and never did. They are nice people but they need to be more prompt or at least more clear about how long something is going to take. More

David is a valuable asset to VW. He was extremely patient and helpful in this less than ideal situation. Unfortunately after my 2014 Passat with 142k miles threw a rod, destroying the engine and transmission and helpful in this less than ideal situation. I had all of my oil changes and routine maintenance done at this service center so I wish that VW would try and make it right. I love driving VW and I understand things like this happen but it is extremely frustrating. More
