Neal was very kind and helpful. I was there for about 2 hours for all new tires and an alignment, which was what I expected. Will definitely return to Steve White for future service needs. During COVID-19 they switched my service manager. I had a heater coil replaced earlier this year. There was a recall on it that my car due to high miles was not coved. It still was not working properly so I brought it back and said they need to order a part, so they will complete it on my next service. My car goes in for service every 10 weeks. On my next visit they have my a different agent and told him what was to take place. When I picked my car and drive home I called back to service to inquire that service was completed. They ssid no. After explaining again they they will look at on my next service since the weather is cold. On that service they said there was nothing in the system about, thus was also a different service agent I was dealing with. Now they said I have to pay for a new heater coil aga since the parts for that one is now off warranty. The warranty only covers up to 12,000 miles and I was over in that too. My car goes in for service every 10,000 miles. They used COVID to say they are behind and parts are hard to get then said I missed the warranty because drove too much. More
