I had a wobble and needed an oil change. Got new tires, an alignment, and the oil change all today, same day service. Honestly, always expect to get ripped off by a dealer - not these guys. I'm a single mom on a budget and they were super upfront about costs and text me at work before doing any work. Two thumbs up! And Neal helped get me out on time, make sure everything was explained to me, etc. ONLY NEGATIVE, and it's small - my car wasn't vacuumed this time and there was some mess on the front carpets. Just leave crumbs etc. So not the end of the world. Other than that TOTALLY happy with the experience, and Neal. More

Typically very happy, have always given 5 stars, not so much today. Issues with scheduling online, called and got one quote over the phone, then later was told something different. Speaking with the cons much today. Issues with scheduling online, called and got one quote over the phone, then later was told something different. Speaking with the consultant I must have misheard the cost of replacing spark plugs, I thought he said $95, turned out to be $195. All told oil change, brake fluid replaced and spark plugs was $410. I will definitely shop around for more quotes next time. Nothing personal, everyone was polite and courteous, and waiting room is nice, just not satisfied with cost and communication. More
