Annual Oil Change & Check other Issues it Was Awful! Arrived on Saturday for my annual oil change and to get my remote key reprogrammed, check the rear brakes and check my dashboard lights. Waited patiently while the service rep was on the phone with another customer. She was nice and apologized for the wait. I told her all the things I wanted checked and she immediately said that the shop was only open until 3 pm and that I would probably have to come back during the week. I told her that it was a 1 hour drive to Greenville for me and that is when the attitude started. She pushed back on everything I was telling her and basically insinuating that I did not know what I was talking about regarding my car. It went downhill from there. I got my oil changed and told them to not bother to wash my car and left. And I was told that the Service Mgr would call me on Monday, I never got a call. The Audi is gone, I now drive a Lincoln.
