After calling to schedule an appointment and verifying the time name and cost of services I was left bewildere Wishing I could give 0 stars..... After calling to schedule an appointment and verifying the time name and cost of services I was left bewildered when I left the following day. Upon arriving at this dealership I was greeted with a grunt from a walrus of a man who for some reason couldn't find me in their system for my scheduled appointment. I verified with him what services I needed and explained that it was recently purchased from a used dealership and had had most maintenance done.. I confirmed with him what all the service entailed and was somewhat surprised by the price, but pushed that aside. After waiting a few minutes the hiccup of scheduling was fixed and the attendant confirmed that they were in fact going to be doing the bare minimum at an exorbitant price I chose to take my services elsewhere. I was given a quote which included services that I didn't need and was TWICE as much as I was originally quoted. The final cherry on top was that I received a complementary car wash that was a glorified water hose that didn't clean anything. More

I called the service department after noticing a warning signal concerning passenger side airbag safety. I was able to book a next day appointment.
