The Best VW Dealer I've Visited I was on vacation in SC when I needed service. I stopped by Steve White to see if they would be able to work me in as i did not have an appointment. W I was on vacation in SC when I needed service. I stopped by Steve White to see if they would be able to work me in as i did not have an appointment. When I pulled up, I was promptly greated at my car by a greater. She welcomed me to the dealership and asked for my name. I told her I didn't have an appointment and explained my situation. She told me they were booked solid for the day but took me inside with her to ask. They were able to get me taken care of within the hour. The greater showed me to the waiting room and the complimentary drinks and snacks. My car was finished when promised and returned to me cleaned and vacuumed. This was by far the best service on my VW ever! I just wish they were located in KY where I live or were a few miles closer as I'd drive hours for this kind of service! More

Excellent, timely service I came in with an air conditioning problem, that I thought would be a quick fix with a laptop. The service writer thought it was more than that and re I came in with an air conditioning problem, that I thought would be a quick fix with a laptop. The service writer thought it was more than that and requested that I leave the car. Having no other transportation, he provided me with a loaner. His analysis was exactly right. Varmints had built a nest in the engine compartment and chewed through a wire. The freon was also very low. He was very accurate with his time estimate and the van was clean and ready when he said it would be. No surprises. Great job folks!! More
