We are now officially a VW family, and we absolutely do not trust our vehicles to anyone else. We feel that we are always given good advice but honest suggestions, and we rely on their knowledge to keep us safe on the road. I like to know that when i purchase a new vehicle ,that if i have any issues, I can feel comfor say i traded the car mainly because of service dept.. Purchasing experience was probably the most pleasant thing at this dealer. The trouble started even during warranty/service covered time. After the warranty is out - would NOT ever visit this dealer. For the same reason I would have really hard time recommending anybody to this dealer - which is shame b/c their sells team was actually very pleasant. Their horrible service is NOT worth saving $500 +- so. More

The waiting room was very clean and comfortable while providing coffee, soft drinks, snacks, tv and wireless internet. I was completely satisfied with the service work and it was completed on a timely basis. The service department (dealership) also washed the car prior to delivering it to me. All the above provided for a pleasant experience and I was completely satisfied with the service excellence of the Steve White associates. More
2009 Jetta Wagon developed ticking noise while I was 900 miles from home. This was the closest dealership, so I brought them the car. They got me an appointment the next morning, diagnosed a manufacturer's defect, lent me a 2010 Jetta for two days, overnighted the parts, did the warrantee repair and the 30K service which was almost due, and got me back on the road again.
