Kevin Waggman was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We closed the deal on a Thursday and I returned the next day to hand over the title to my old vehicle and pick up my new vehicle. The old truck was valued more than the new one so the dealership owed me some money. The finance guy, Dave took my title immediately and when I asked about the money they owed me he said they hadn’t written the check and there was nobody around to sign it if they had. More
