The service consultants/representatives are always most courteous and usually on top of things. Bob was very helpful on our test drive and in introducing us to the screen and using it to communicate with the vehicle. I find the screen location and size to be poor since it interferes with visibility us to the screen and using it to communicate with the vehicle. I find the screen location and size to be poor since it interferes with visibility compared to our 2018 Highlander and has many features that we as seniors will probably not use. We're happy with our RAV Prime; especially the plug in feature and it's convenience for easy daily use in our garage. More

It was easy to get an appt and change at the last minute and the service was quick. We have bought two Toyotas from Corey since we moved here and he has been great. The car buying process itself was smooth, and the staff was helpful. However, the advertised vehicle wasn't quite ready for purchase. We drove a long way to test drive it, only to find it hadn't been clean was helpful. However, the advertised vehicle wasn't quite ready for purchase. We drove a long way to test drive it, only to find it hadn't been cleaned or inspected yet. While that wasn't a major issue, it would have been nice to know beforehand. More importantly, we discovered a problem with the back hatch after we decided to buy the car. We assumed it would be fixed as part of the deal, but then we were told it would cost over $1,000 to repair - more than our down payment! Thankfully, the dealership worked with us to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a positive experience, but the initial hiccups with the car's condition kept it from being a perfect 5 stars. More

I was not happy that when I brought my car in to be fixed, you did not have a part and didn’t have a loaner. I had scheduled a month out and still couldn’t get the part or loaner. Plus the guy working on my car wouldn’t be able to finish that day. I live 2 hrs away and on a fixed income. So no was not happy with your service department. The sales man Junior I love him he has sold me the rav4, the Highlander. And the Tundra I now am buying. Junior is the best salesman you have. Even when I come to service my vehicles I always stop in to say hello to Junior.. I had dealings with another sales representative. I won’t make that mistake again Junior is my sales representative. I am not sure what I will do if he ever retires. I trust him. More
