Very frustrating experience trying to get everything I was promised from this dealership. It's been well over a month and still waiting on a few things. Trouble getting both Keys for my new truck, reimb was promised from this dealership. It's been well over a month and still waiting on a few things. Trouble getting both Keys for my new truck, reimbursement for the shipping cost they had agreed to.. I had an unreal text message exchange that lasted days about them not owning up to their word on this.. they finally came around and reimbursed. It's been well over a month since the purchase and I still have not recieved the lug key and owners manual that they promised was "in the mail". Countless calls made to the dealership with no response.. when I did get through to the managers, they said they would call back at least 5 times and never received a single call. FAIL. Vehicle showed up with large scratches that were not shown in the inspection videos they sent.. also a significant crack in the windshield. I bought this truck without seeing it in person (it was hundreds of miles away) and they agreed to show me any flaws in the video.. they failed miserably on that. I would certainly not recommend this dealership.. it's been xxxx just getting the basic items I was promised and super bad communication. More

Replaced my alternator and it had defective pulley. They stayed with it and resolved the problem with no further cost to me but a bunch of their time.
