Alain was nice and helpful , service dept was quick, Erik help me get accessories ordered and service put on the parts in a very timely manner. It was my usual experience at HT. Met at athe inside drive thru door. Technician was pleasant and helpful. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Met a person there that I had not seen in a while and we visited. After a brief wait, I was told my car was ready and had no problems. Was given a free pass to a near by car wash, which I used.
