However, I would like to complain about my initial wait, which was about 15 to 20 minutes, but even longer as I was passed over by Gilbert. I got there and my car was obviously ahead in line. There was no designated line for service consultants. When it was my, turn, the next available service consultant (Gilbert) just went to the nearest customer. I did appreciate being passed over, though it was nice that I got Ana as a result. Even so, the lack of order upon intake is frustrating, and I saw another couple get passed over and had to wait longer. Having had service at Audi, Lexus, Toyota, as well as other Mazda dealerships, I have not had this happen to me. I would appreciate if my time was considered. More
