I went here to replace a few parts and change brake pads for my cx-3. When I arrived at the service appointment, the agent gave me a list of services that came to an exorbitant sum. In addition to the thing for my cx-3. When I arrived at the service appointment, the agent gave me a list of services that came to an exorbitant sum. In addition to the things I had come for, they added services that were completely unnecessary (differential fluid and brake fluid exchange, fuel and air induction cleaning). They kept reiterating that I 'will still need to do these things' and put them on the list with the services I actually needed to get done with no distinction between what was necessary now vs years from now. The services they hereby implied I should buy were only things needed after 100k miles at the very least, and my car had less than 50k. They also tried to charge me for services I had gotten done at a different dealership only weeks prior. I called and got a second opinion from my previous Mazda dealer who I and they said I did not need anything else than what I came for. Stevens Creek Mazda tried to charge me an extra $1500 of unnecessary repairs. Given the other reviews here that voice similar problems, this is part is a systematic effort to be as misleading as legally possible to unsuspecting customers, in other words, a scam. I will never go here again. More
