Didn't gave a great experience with my service and trying to get help with finding out what was wrong with my key fob not connecting with my car. The worst part was when I was contacted by Jeff the Service M to get help with finding out what was wrong with my key fob not connecting with my car. The worst part was when I was contacted by Jeff the Service Manager. He said that the rating that I put for my survey was hurting their overall rating and that he would look into the issue with my car more himself and would refund me the money for the batteries that they put in my key fob since that wasn't the solution to the issue. He said that if I changed the rating that he would do those things. I did and he never followed through with anything that he promised. So I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card to get the money refunded that way. Just be cautious when going here. More
