Went for Oil change Hi Went for 12k mileage oil change and requested that I am getting only 23 MPG mileage. But at the end they just mentioned in the report that I need to use higher grade gas, no diagnostic testing. Only reason I bought this vehicle at the time of sales, I was told will 26 MPG in City and 32 MPG in Highway. It is no way near that advertised Mileage. Also my Gas cap is broken and they ordered part. I got email that Part is arrived and I called multiple time to schedule appointment, no luck so far. I am not happy with bot CAR and DELAR. and of course the Subaru Manufacture and EPA (government agency). I have already reported this mileage issue to EPA More

If there ever is a problem I have been able to contact management and it has been taken care of promptly. They answer the phone. They call you back. They keep you apprised of progress when working on your car. I do not believe the price gouge. I recommend this deal is. More

I really appreciated how he and the rest of the guys took care of financing my new car & trading in my old car despite confusing name-changes/court documents & out of state title/registration issues. As a transgender person it can be very intimidating walking into a car dealership or applying for a loan, especially when your name/gender marker is different on certain documents. The guys at Steven's Creek used my correct name & never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. They took care to make sure it was a stressless process for me and my family. I was extremely impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, and respectfulness. They were helpful and kind and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or trade in a vehicle. Their head of financing was the sweetest person and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, never making me feel dumb for not knowing something! This was the first time I had applied for a loan, as I'm fresh our of college & haven't built up much credit yet. I felt confident in their expertise and that they would help negotiate a fair deal on my behalf with the lenders. This is my first Subaru but it definitely won't be my last!
