Honda was busy when I arrived and no one greeted me at my car and I had to go inside and look for someone to help me. They had 4 desks but only one clerk working. My oil change and tire rotation look about a car and I had to go inside and look for someone to help me. They had 4 desks but only one clerk working. My oil change and tire rotation look about an hour which is normal. But after my car was finished I had to wait about 15 minutes to get someone to cash me out and it would have been longer if a nice gentleman hadn't come out to give the one clerk a hand. They need more clerks now. I will try Stevenson Honda one more try but if I have to wait like that again I will go somewhere else after that. The work was done correctly and I really enjoyed the video of my service they sent me. They just need more service reps. More
