When I opened the door a prompt and friendly service advisor came with clipboard in hand ready to help me with whatever his proud customer needed (luckily it was just a regular oil change and tire rotation). He jotted down my information in a jiffy. In less than 5 minutes my car was getting serviced. I was even offered complimentary snacks and drinks. All in all service was fast, easy and accurate. Bill the shuttle driver typically shuttles me to work but he already had a customer ahead of me that needed to get home so another employee ( I wish I could remember his name) used his own vehicle to get me to work so I wouldn't be late.
