I had a couple special requests for accessories on the car, and your parts and service people, as well as Nick, accomodated me, while being pleasant, friendly, cheerful and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics from Nick or from Mr. Marshburn, just answers to my questions and information, which is really appreciated. The only (very small) complaint I have is that I had to wait longer than I expected. BUT it was worth it! I love my new CR-V. More

I received a call with the price of those recommendations and was informed as to the time I would have to make the repairs in keeping the vehicle safe.
