I had a couple special requests for accessories on the car, and your parts and service people, as well as Nick, accomodated me, while being pleasant, friendly, cheerful and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics from Nick or from Mr. Marshburn, just answers to my questions and information, which is really appreciated. The only (very small) complaint I have is that I had to wait longer than I expected. BUT it was worth it! I love my new CR-V. More

We were lied to repeatedly by the salesman. He lead us on that he could give us a price on a vehicle they had in stock. And when we arrived they tried to sell us a different vehicle and told us the vehic on that he could give us a price on a vehicle they had in stock.
