Not accepted I purchased a vehicle at Hendricks Honda and during that transaction I was given 5 free oil changes. I usually would take it down to Wilmington for that service because that was the only Hendricks around I knew of. I was driving to work and seen your dealership so I called to see if it was honored there. I was directed to your service department when I called and I explained the situation and I was told "YES". The person explained that they would scan my VIN and it would come up. I held your department to that and or if there was a problem I would be contacted. 280 dollars later, I was called about the trans service, and agreed, but not that the oil change was honored. I was given that news when I came to pick up my car. More

Family friendly, efficient We bought our Odyssey from Lejeune Honda nearly 10 years ago. We've moved around a bit but are back in Jacksonville, NC and often use this location to We bought our Odyssey from Lejeune Honda nearly 10 years ago. We've moved around a bit but are back in Jacksonville, NC and often use this location to service our vehicle. I had to wait with 5 children which can be a challenge and can at times be a nuisance even in certain places. The staff was patient with me unloading a double stroller, bags full of snacks, and all the kids. They have tables and chairs the kids were able to eat at, as we were there fairly early in the morning as well. Once done with their snacks, we were able to go into the little kid zone nook which had toys and bean bag chairs and a little table and chairs as well. Waiting anywhere with kids can be stressful, but Lejeune Honda took care of us, welcomed us, greeted us patiently and never made us feel out of place. They took care of our vehicle needs in an efficient time frame and helped us on our way. We'll definitely be back. More

It cannot be the transmission!” Turns out....the transmission was bad! Honda was extremely supportive and kept me informed multiple times daily regarding what was happening with my car. They ensured that I had a vehicle that was comparable (I have 4 small children), and went above and beyond from what I have ever seen from any other dealership. Tommy Kasper in the service department was wonderful! They never made me feel stupid or tried to oversell things. They were right on the money. I will definitely continue using this dealership for my Honda needs. More
