I purchased my new vehicle a few days ago and Lejeune Honda provided a learning experience that I would never forget when it comes to purchasing new vehicles. The sales consultants at Lejeune Honda are phenomenal, it’s just the financial manager (Clay Smith) that made my experience negative. I honestly wanted to return the vehicle and give someone else business, I wouldn’t mind going beyond my efforts to return the vehicle due to being promised a lower monthly payment and the financial manager (Clay Smith) interferes by increasing my monthly payment and instilling in my mind that “monthly payments are final” every time I came back to the dealership. I returned to remove the worthless warranties and coverages and I will admit I was extremely angry walking out the door due to being lied to and manipulated after being told I had to wait 3 weeks with a bank statement to remove the coverages. Called the bank and was told I didn't need a bank statement at all. I returned back to the dealership to do the cancellation and he almost let me leave without signing the document saying I agreed to the cancellation when he told me prior that I had to sign one document to do the cancellation. I’m only doing this for future car shoppers. More
