Disappointed I made an appt for a recall on my Acura and when I show up I’m told the recall could not be completed. The service rep was very friendly and tries to assist, however, i left without my recall completed. I was given a number to call for the recall but since I just bought the vehicle, I was not able to get through. I could’ve made an appt an hour away at the Acura dealership as it was my only day off but thought i was able to get it completed at Honda. I did have an oil change done while I was there. Staff is extremely friendly. Sitting in the waiting area I heard two other dissatisfied customers complaining to each other about the service dept. More

Polite and awesome I took my CR-V into the service dept. it had developed a vibration somewhere in the dashboard. Tommy in the service dept was eager to help and resolve I took my CR-V into the service dept. it had developed a vibration somewhere in the dashboard. Tommy in the service dept was eager to help and resolve the issue for me. He had two techs drive my vehicle and try to pinpoint where the vibration was coming from. They could here it so the dash was disassembled all things tightened and reassembled and drove again. Could not hear the vibration anymore. I am very pleased with the service and techs commitment to finding the vibration. I can no longer hear the vibration. Thank you Lejeune Honda service dept. More

Why does a scheduled oil change take 1 1/2- If I wouldn't have to bring my 2018 Pilot to the Dealership Service Center for oil change I wouldn't. 1. Why does a scheduled oil change take 1 1/2-2hrs? 2. Oil Change Businesses clean vehicles inside & out, but not Honda 3. Normally someone greets me upon arrival. Not this time. I parked, looked inside the Service Center and saw 7 Employees standing in groups. I took my sweet time to stow away a few things and gather my items. I exited my vehicle and slowly made it to the curb where someone finally cared enough to step outside to welcome me. There were no other customers in the area. This gentleman did not make eye contact and did not greet me. Only asked 'what are you here for?', then pointed me to the door to go inside and check in. I really don't care to go back if they don't care that I bring my vehicle to them. The only good review I can give is for TJ. He sat in my vehicle to show me how to reconnect my phone to the vehicle. Then, he showed me the best way to make the A/C function better. Why does Honda put an old A/C system with the new freon? It takes about 15 min to cool at it's best. By then I usually have arrived at my destination. More
