Redeemed After having a bad experience the week prior, I was delighted to have dealt with Dena. She contacted me after my service on July 12, 2019. I was not h After having a bad experience the week prior, I was delighted to have dealt with Dena. She contacted me after my service on July 12, 2019. I was not happy that the issue was not fixed with my Pilot and they said it was not covered under warranty. Mind you, this was a software update. My Pilot has under 60,000 miles and a $3000 extended warranty. So it has two warranties. I was told I had to pay the diagnostic fee and then they would do the update. Come to find out they never did the update. They just relearned the system. Dena went out of her way to get a hold of me, tell me about the service bulletins, make sure to meet my husband when he got there, and oversee the whole process when we brought it back in. She also refunded our money for the diagnostic fee without me even asking. She made sure our issue was taken care of and now it runs so much better. I thank her for that because most people would have just let it go. More

Helpful and reasonable I brought my car in before a big cross-country move to make sure I wouldn’t have issues on the trip.
