I’d Like to Give Them All My Car Maintenance Business My car gets serviced at Honda dealerships all over the southeast. When it has an issue (noise, vibration, etc) I don’t understand, I like to see what My car gets serviced at Honda dealerships all over the southeast. When it has an issue (noise, vibration, etc) I don’t understand, I like to see what the cause is. I usually just ask whatever dealership I’m at to take pictures, and most are surprised at the request. This was my first time at any dealership in North Carolina in over 10 years. Lejeune Honda just said, “when we’ve got it on the lift, we’ll come get you” (to see it). That was perfect. What was even better is, while I was in the waiting room, service reps came and got two other vehicle owners so they “could show them something.” And I overheard another car owner talking to someone about what one of the filters in her car had looked liked. I was impressed by their making a point to share what they saw with their customers, basically taking the mystery out of what a customer would be paying for. I’m trying to figure out how to plan my traveling so they can do my next oil change, etc. More

Lejeune Honda to the Rescue again When my car started making an unusual sound, I took it the Lejeune Honda Service Cener. Short story was that upon inspection, several issues were not When my car started making an unusual sound, I took it the Lejeune Honda Service Cener. Short story was that upon inspection, several issues were noted by the skilled technicians that both needed correction and covered by my lifetime wrap policy. One issue that came up was a damaged oil plug that because it was 'stripped during a prior oil change, they would not cover it. Suffice it to say, the damage was not done by Lejeune Honda, but the only other service agency I work with. Fortunately I have kept all my maintenance work on a car with over 185K....and after a two week battle with the other company, I was able to resolve the issue and complete my work.. The cool thing is that valuing my business, and my history with Lejeune Honda, they provided me with a loner car for the duration at no charge. This was most helpful as we have been dislocated due to Florence to Carteret County. Ericka Dobson was a life saver again. Her expertise, able to coordinate warranty issues, and work with the professional maintenance team is why we are a Lejeuen Honda customer for life. More
