Express Service The team was very kind; however the express service was rather slow. I arrived promptly at 7:30 when they opened to ensure I was first in line. It took them over an hour and a half to change the oil in my car. For express service, it was not very express. The representative at the counter told me they were short a mechanic and some lifts, thus making them slower and behind on the particular day I went. I will give them grace and hope the next time the service is speedier. I think they were just having a bad day. The service I rendered was quality. The staff was friendly. So overall, I’d still recommend even though I was disappointed the day I went. More

Service paid for but not completed I live in Delaware but brought my car to Lejeune Honda for an oil change and tire rotation while visiting family in North Carolina. I have a 2018 Hond I live in Delaware but brought my car to Lejeune Honda for an oil change and tire rotation while visiting family in North Carolina. I have a 2018 Honda Civic which had approximately 25,000 miles on it at the tome of the service. I was happy that the dealership could fit my car in on a Holiday weekend since I did not have an appointment. Prior to bringing my car in for service, I had a slow air leak in my left rear tire which I had to put air into about every two weeks. I did not report the tire leak to the service department because I did not think of it at the time of the service because the tire loses air very slowly and it was not a concern. The service was completed in a reasonable time frame and I paid for the oil change, tire rotation, plus replacement of the cabin filter after being shown a dirty cabin filter and air filter by the service manager. I was initially happy with the service on the day in which it was completed. However, two weeks later I was adding air to my left rear tire while the three other tires had not lost any air at all. This indicated to me that the tires were never rotated even though I was told by the service manager the tire rotation had been completed. Now in the back of my mind I’m wondering if the dirty cabin filter and the air filter I was shown by the service manager were actually mine. I assume they were, but I can’t stop and wonder if they came out of my car since I was charged for a tire rotation service which was never performed. I gave the service department two stars out of five because the waiting room was clean and all employees of Lejeune Honda I came into contact with were very kind and helpful. However, I can’t get past the fact that I was fraudulently charged for a service which was never performed. Thankfully here in Delaware there is a Honda dealership I can trust to honestly service my car. More

It was within reason to do all the services recommended even though I didn’t really want to spend the amount it cost to do it all. I understand the importance behind why a vehicle receives maintenance when it does and TJ helped reinforce that reasoning. More

Would like to see a scheduled oil change not take an hour. Also, already talked with a manager about the key to my Honda Pilot being pulled from the fob and it was in the keyhole of our glovebox. I’m here on vacation and had money locked in the glovebox. Not sure why the key was removed from the Fob as I was only having an oil change. If I was dishonest I could of claimed money was stolen from the glovebox. Fortunately nothing was missing, but I think you need to find out why this happened. Again, overall I was pleased! More
