I've always used the dealer for service because, I wanted to make sure my car was serviced by Honda. I know I'm paying more money for the service than anywhere else. I was okay with that because, I wanted service I could depend on. But, if I going to be recommended service I don't need and charged extra to boot, I don't think I'll be visiting the dealer for service any longer. More

Outstanding Service I received outstanding service from Lejeune Honda from the beginning when I brought in my car until the end when I pick up my car. The service writer I received outstanding service from Lejeune Honda from the beginning when I brought in my car until the end when I pick up my car. The service writer took care of my needs and he made sure if I needed to go anyplace else he had a driver that would be ready to take me to my destination. Not only did they take care of the issues my car was having they also did my oil change and tire rotation which was actually schedule a couple days later. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to come back to separate days. The service writer make sure he kept me informed of everything that was happening on my car from the start to the end. I really appreciate that and I did not have to worry because I felt that mr. Ledbetter cared about me as a customer and the service that he provided was top-notch very professional and I will refer others to Lejeune Honda.
