Was not happy this visit. I made appt for 9:30AM. Was there on time. At 11:00AM I asked why so long? The service gal went back in stall to check and then said "he" had not got I made appt for 9:30AM. The service gal went back in stall to check and then said "he" had not gotten car rinsed off because he was busy, so another tech was doing it...within 10 minutes I left. It was much much too long for regular maintenance. I was not happy when I left about the time line. More
