My sales person was willing to see me back after I purchased the vehicle in order to clarify how to best operate some functions that I wasn't familiar with and discovered after the purchase. I reached out online to find out about the 2024 Honda pilot. A sales man called me and I told him text would be better as I was waiting for a family member to finish surgery. He texted me and I asked him my question, rather than answering them for me he sent me a link to find the answer myself. My husband and I decided to stop by as we don’t live in Jacksonville. They didn’t have what I was looking for as far as a new Pilot, they had a used Pilot with 2,500 miles on it. Nice car, looked brand new so I asked about the price of it. They had added the lo jack to it which I did not want and asked for it to be removed. The salesman told me they couldn’t do that. The price on the car was 51k, then he brings me back this sheet that says the car is now 54k….. a new one is 56k and you can also get a lower interest rate with the new one. Needless to say we left because they were trying to jerk us around. The manager of course came outside and said what can we do to sell this car to you. I said not play games and we left. Went to Wilmington and bought the 2024 Pilot Elite. More
