Buying My First “ New To Me “ Honda Civic No negative remarks what so ever with Lejeune Honda. Nor the gentleman who assisted me in making my purchase. Outstanding job all across the board and I’d go as far as saying this definitely secured me as a Honda owner for life guy. I already felt that was the path I was on but this experience cemented it. From the moment I was contacted via cellphone to my “in-store” experience I knew I had a good chance of experiencing something great. That being me leaving the lot with a 2016 Honda Civic EX as I unfortunately, despite it being for the better, said goodbye to my 2009 Modded Honda Civic LX. Which I will truly miss of course however I know my love for my new ride will grow as time goes. There wasn’t a point nor moment in which I felt lost, discomfort, or pressured. 10/10 experience from start to end and I’d recommend Lejeune Honda to any and everyone as well as my salesman who assisted me, Jose. Although my husband started the process with Jose, I felt confident about finishing up mainly due to Rich, my sales guy, who patiently answered the dozens of questions I kept coming up with both in person and through messaging. After test driving and some no nonense honest negotiation (I knew the numbers I was looking for), the close and paperwork took less than 90 minutes... very impressed with staff dealership finance process and would highly recommend this dealership, and Rich ... a shout out also to Jose for his friendly service!! More

complete runaround issue has not been resolved after three v Feel as if because car was paid for in full you really don't care if the issue with the front right inside tire issue gets resolved. This was the worst service I have ever had! from the person I spoke with months ago to keep a product for me and then calling two weeks before the ser This was the worst service I have ever had! from the person I spoke with months ago to keep a product for me and then calling two weeks before the service and she did not have the product I was looking for when we got there. we traveled 2 hours for the service and two hours there and two hours back! What a waste of time for us. then Ron came over spoke with me for a very few minutes then went over to talk to another taking her to his office and showing personal pics on his company computer and office!! how unprofessional and my husband was furious because he went to just outside his office to speak to him about the service (well 0 service) and he did not get rid of his personal friend. the employee that promised me the item did not even say she was sorry and like it was no big deal. TERRIBLE is the word I would say and I hope the upper echelon to contact my husband and myself. to find out ron is not even in service or a manager in service so why does he have an office back in service and has every one thinking he is instead of the service manager handling the problem in the first place. we had repeat our selves again and ron did not even have the decency to be with us and the real service manager. More
