Long wait I don’t understand the basis behind scheduling appointments when they are not honored, especially when they no longer accept walk ins. I had an appoin I don’t understand the basis behind scheduling appointments when they are not honored, especially when they no longer accept walk ins. I had an appointment scheduled for 2pm to get an oil change. I ended up leaving a little after 4. When two other patrons who came after me, left before me, I expressed my concerns about the length of time I was waiting. This was around 3:40 and was told they currently had my car in the station for the service. I’m sure I was pushed to the back of the bus as oil changes aren’t “where the money is”. Very frustrating. More

Friendly service but needs to work on common sense. I went in to get my front skid plate looked at because it was mangled and they removed it so I had to pay for a new one, which is extremely over price I went in to get my front skid plate looked at because it was mangled and they removed it so I had to pay for a new one, which is extremely over priced for a sheet of aluminum that is supposed to be broken eventually. I then proceeded to ask them before they gave me my keys back if anything else was wrong, they said no, so I said okay and drove away. Not 3 minutes after leaving the lot there was another sheet of aluminum that fell and started scraping so I called them back and told them they failed to mention that there was another sheet that would fall off very easily. It also makes me question if they use common sense when they are working on this because instead of telling me that there was something else broken and informing me then telling them to take it off they said everything was perfectly fine. It irritates me that they missed something that was early broken after seeing the first layer broken. More
