BUYERS BEWARE AND READ YOUR PAPERWORK! BUYERS BEWARE WATCH YOUR NUMBERS! READ YOUR PAPERWORK!!! We just walked away from buying 2 cars at LeJeune Honda because they're so shady and they BUYERS BEWARE WATCH YOUR NUMBERS! READ YOUR PAPERWORK!!! We just walked away from buying 2 cars at LeJeune Honda because they're so shady and they tried ripping us off! Our written promised interest rate on both of the cars was for .9%. When they started doing the paperwork one of them went from a .9 to a 3.64% because the salesman "Didn't know the .9% is only for 2018's and your's is a '19". They didn't have any '18's on the lot but they could have driven one here from another dealership, adding miles to what is already going to be a high mileage vehicle. They said they would give us an "incentive" to make up the difference in our payment by way of giving us the maintenance agreement at their cost of $1104.00 rather than the $2000.00+ that it would normally cost but failed to tell us that we would have gotten the even lower price of $995.00 regardless because that's the deal Honda is offering everyone this month.When I brought it to their attention I was told by one of the managers that he didn't know that was the deal because "there was a disconnect" between his office and the financing officers office. That he "just pulled the figure off of someone else's paperwork who had just bought the same vehicle". He couldn't understand why I was upset because "the cost was even lower than I thought it was". What he also couldn't understand is that it's not an incentive if I would have gotten it anyway and that it wasn't making up for my higher payment. They said they would give us a luggage rack to help compensate the difference then came right back and said that since the van doesn't have rails on it it would cost them too much to do it so they would just give us $200.00 towards it. They said they would come down off the price of the vehicle to compensate the difference in payment too but instead they increased the price by $554.00 then showed $500.00 coming back off of the price and labeled it as our Honda Military Rebate. They also increased the price of the second car by $500.00 and tried to pull the same stunt with the rebate. That would have been $1000.00 of stolen profit to LeJeune Honda because as it was told to me, that money comes from the Honda car company and not the dealer. They would have gotten that check from Honda when the savings wasn't passed on to us. After showing and explaining their mistake to them multiple times, I was told by the finance manager that "it was late so I didn't go through the numbers. I just punched in what he told me." Their way of rectifying it was to tell me they would give me 2 checks in the amount of $500.00 - one for each car. Yes that would have put the rebate money back in our pockets however it wouldn't take care of the interest on the $1000.00 I would have been paying for 60 months because I financed more than I should have due to their mistake. They may as well have said we appreciate your 23 years given to our country so much that we are going to take even more from you for your service and sacrifices. Ummm, not today LeJeune Honda. Not today! If I could give a negative star rating I would! Oh and I forgot to mention that I asked for a corporate number or a number to someone higher than the people within the building. I was told there isn't a corporate number and that I would have to speak to the General Manager, who of course wasn't there. I asked who the owner is and he said Jerry but was told Jerry doesn't have an office phone number..... and I posted a negative review on their facebook page only to have it immediately deleted! More

New Car Went to have my 2015 Honda Van serviced and went home in a 2018 CR-V. Received a phone call from a service tech asking if I would mind talking to Ron while waiting on my service to be completed. I was just talking to family about downsizing to an SUV so I said sure. Ron asked me what kind of vehicle I was interested in, what color and what bells and whistle I wanted. In just a few clicks on the keyboard and he had a vehicle for me to test drive. Once we came back from test drive he continued to show me a couple more vehicles to make sure the one I test drove was the one. I have very little time because I had someone taking care of my husband who has Dementia, Ron made sure the paperwork and signing was quick so I could drive home in my new Honda CR-V. Very happy! More
