Received a phone call from a service tech asking if I would mind talking to Ron while waiting on my service to be completed. I was just talking to family about downsizing to an SUV so I said sure. Ron asked me what kind of vehicle I was interested in, what color and what bells and whistle I wanted. In just a few clicks on the keyboard and he had a vehicle for me to test drive. Once we came back from test drive he continued to show me a couple more vehicles to make sure the one I test drove was the one. I have very little time because I had someone taking care of my husband who has Dementia, Ron made sure the paperwork and signing was quick so I could drive home in my new Honda CR-V. Very happy! More

We negotiated a price, which included a trade in of our 2002 Isuzu Rodeo which we believed was very fair. The negotiations were conducted in a professional, low key, non-pressure style. Way too overpriced! If I wanted to be ripped off I could’ve went to Jiffy Lube. If I knew my oil change was going to be so expensive I would’ve just did it myself. Every time I leave this place I always feel like I have been ripped off. Beaverton Honda charged me 29.99 EVERYTIME I went there for an oil change, tire rotation, quick car wash and vacuum and they always topped it off with a warm cookie on the dash. Lejeune Honda charges me more and more everytime I come, plus I didn’t even get my car ran through a quick wash 💔😢 More
