No clear answer was given. We decided to go to get the van 1200, but it hadn’t even been serviced yet! It was a major inconvenience for us and the lack of communication made it worse. The follow up from customer service regarding this issue was excellent. I appreciated their concern and desire to correct the matter. We were given a 10 percent discount. More
