First Honda! Lejeune Honda was great! My wife and I were hunting for a reliable first car for our daughter so we asked Rob if we could set up some time to look at Lejeune Honda was great! He had several different trim levels and models pulled up in front of the showroom for us to look at and compare. He really went the extra mile. He asked if he could show us some numbers on the vehicle we liked most. I responded with “ it would have to be a xxxx good deal for me to buy tonight.” The numbers he came back with we’re and we bought the car! no pressure and a team of men and women who really are there to help! Disappointed I normally like going here, but they fixed a recall for me with the middle seats and set the seat down on top of my baby carrier . They were apologetic over my carrier, but that was it. They also said I needed new tires when mine only had 17000 miles on them. I took them to another repair place and they said the wearing was different. I’m accustomed to the price inflation, but left upset because I feel like the service quality has gone down. The front staff that I speak with is welcoming and great, but I don’t think we will return for services. More
