Routine maintenance My maintenance light came on the day before yesterday and so I called Lejeune Honda (where I purchased my car w/ the car care plan) to schedule an oil My maintenance light came on the day before yesterday and so I called Lejeune Honda (where I purchased my car w/ the car care plan) to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. They actually had availability the same day, which I was surprised about! I took my car in at 12:45 and left. I got a call at 1:15 saying that it was already done (another surprise). Everything was very fast and all of the employees that I encountered were very friendly. No complaints here. I would definitely recommend this service center to anyone who needed it. More

Stand by their word. Quick, easy car-buying experience. I was in contact with Robert Crandell for several days through email before ever stepping foot on the dealers lot. I had a preapproved loan through US I was in contact with Robert Crandell for several days through email before ever stepping foot on the dealers lot. I had a preapproved loan through USAA and used the USAA Car Buying Service, which was how Robert got into contact with me. I had three dealers in the area contact me, with one not following up after initial contact and the other not giving me what I was hoping for on my trade, although they did try. Ultimately, what Robert said he would do, he did exactly that. Lejeune Honda honored the price Robert had given to me in email, including the amount on my trade I was looking for. By the time I walked on the lot, I picked the color of the vehicle I wanted, test drove it, went back to the dealer, and the deal was already made based on what we had discussed. I may have spent about an hour or just a little more at the dealership and I left with the new Ridgeline I wanted, without any compromises. Do NOT accept a deal anywhere else until you check this place out...best advice I can give. Take your time and compare.
