Paid $1,000 less for the exact same repair at a Toyota Dealership 30 miles away in New Bern, NC. Was quoted $3,414.96 for a bad brake booster repair that required a replacement of the master cylinder as w Dealership 30 miles away in New Bern, NC. Was quoted $3,414.96 for a bad brake booster repair that required a replacement of the master cylinder as well. Brake Booster is $750 from Toyota, Master Cylinder is $800, Dot 3 Brake Fluid $46. Stevenson-Hendricks was charging me $1,819.95 for Labor and Taxes on the repair. Literally took their exact invoice down the road to Toyota of New Bern, within 10 minutes they shaved $1,000 off the price of the repair and fixed my vehicle within a few days. Not sure to be mad or happy, maybe both. Definitely mad at Stevenson-Hendricks Toyota of crooks. More
