Our most recent purchase was an XC40 from Denise McElhiney. This is the second car that we have purchased from Denise and on each occasion we have found her pleasant, forthcoming and most efficient. She knows and presents her products well and when it is time for delivery she has all of the details taken care of so that you can get through the purchase and get into your new Volvo which is why your there in the first place. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Service team. We have probably dealt with all of them over the years and again, prompt, forthcoming, efficient and empathetic. Honestly between Denise and the Service team I doubt that my spouse would allow us to purchase anywhere else. Thanks Stillman folks More

I had a coffee and bagel from the their waiting area refreshment bar (BTW, the hot cocoa mix with the donut shop coffee is amazing together!) and watched some news. Less than 30 mins later, Paul came out and told me the technician found the problem and I was okay to be on my way. Wow! I still made it to work on time! Did I say I love this dealer!? More

The timing was perfec My S60 was coming off lease soon, in December Kyle Butler followed-up with me and explained Volvo's 9 month pull-ahead program. The timing was perfect because they were able to get me into a new 2018 S90 during their end-of-year Red Bow program and we got a great deal. Kyle listened to my concerns about going from the S60 model to the larger S90 and all of the details I was looking for. Kyle worked with Brad Stillman, who we've had a great relationship with for many years, and they found me the perfect vehicle. Kyle kept in constant contact throughout the entire process and helped me feel confident about my decision. The day we picked up the new S90 Brad was waiting for us in the lobby, thanked us for our continued business then took us to Kyle. Kyle motioned over to the showroom floor and there was our new S90 fully detailed with a big red bow sitting on top. Kyle let us take photos with the car in the showroom then painlessly took us through the paperwork process. Afterwards Kyle handed us over to Holly Hopkins who patiently explained all of the S90’s new features until we were comfortable with them. Several days later both Kyle and Holly have followed-up with us to make sure we're happy with the new S90 and asked if we have any other questions. The entire process left us feeling like valued customers – not to mention I love the S90 – its quality is what you’d expect of any Volvo. More
