We had planned to look for a used vehicle for a while and I had just received the news I needed an urgent cardiac evaluation and was told to lay low for the weekend. We came in close to closing on Saturday evening and were given an opportunity to test drive one of the vehicles available that fit our need. The information we received was transparent, honest, non-pressured, and extremely customer oriented. We thought about it over the weekend and realized that the cars in inventory, and the vehicle of interest in particular, were in great shape, and competitively and honestly priced. We secured the purchase with a simple phone call and emailed a signed document from home. One day after coming home from a week's hospital stay for coronary bypass surgery, we went to pick up the car. Stillman had meticulously detailed the vehicle, had taken care of removing a small dent for free, had brought the car into the showroom to warm it up, and had the paperwork ready and neatly organized for a painless transaction. It really makes a difference to work with individuals such as David Parry, and the rest of the team, that are passionate about their cars and honest in their work. David Parry introduced the Overseas Delivery Program to us – what a great way to buy a car and travel to Europe! We did, however, hit a few bumps on the road with this program.
