Your team greets each customer with a smile and makes sure that people are being helped quickly. My last visit, I dealt mostly with Paul. He was so patient in every aspect. My car was there over a week because we had to wait for a part to come in to make it safe again. Paul took the time to explain the issues with my car and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. My first visit to Stillman Volvo was in 1988 and I have been a loyal customer ever since( and have gone through some volvos in those years). Their sales and service departments are unparalleled in the are been a loyal customer ever since( and have gone through some volvos in those years). Their sales and service departments are unparalleled in the area for technical know how and concern for their customers. John Kennell, from sales, is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the car and very creative when it comes to any financial concerns. Rob McKee, service manager, has put together a team of mechanics that are always concerned for the customer's safety and satisfaction. Their mechanics have the rare ability to get the job done right the first time. I would not hesitate to recommend Stillman Volvo as a dealership wherein trust, integrity, work ethic and concern for the customer are their guiding principles. More

Only visited the service department about 5 times for recalls and regular maintenance but each and every time the service representatives were cold and appeared annoyed that I was there. Additionally, th recalls and regular maintenance but each and every time the service representatives were cold and appeared annoyed that I was there. Additionally, the sales guy couldn't sell me enough on the service department and the availability of loaner cars while your car is being services but good luck getting one. Even when your car is in for warranty repairs, arrange for someone to puck you up. Overall, they are just poor in my view and I now go out of my way to have my car serviced at Keystone Volvo. They are great. More

We were always extremely satisfied with Stillman Volvo's customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experierence and price. The salesmen were always helpful in our decision making. Early on we actually dealt with Ed Stillman himself. It was always a pleasure. I actually won a Red BMW one year and took it right to Ed Stillman and traded it in for a brand new volvo. I have had great experiences with Stillman and have met some very nice people and even made friends. I have no plans to every change the make of my car. More
