My second new car from Stillwell Ford I showed up at the dealership for maintenance on my old Fusion. Their service center staff were polite and processed my service request quickly. I went to their waiting room and had a cup of complimentary coffee that I decided to drink outdoors. While looking over new vehicles I saw a 2017 Edge that caught my eye, checked the invoice price on the window and went in to talk to a salesperson. I had bought my Fusion from Jim Cole six years earlier so I talked with him and had him bring the Edge up for a once over. I asked him to crunch some numbers on trade in value of my Fusion, Z plan discount, and after seeing their finance department, I picked up my new Edge the next day. Np pressure from Jim or the finance folks for all the extras, I wanted them anyway. My wife loves her new car and I feel I received a good deal on my trade in and price of the new car. I'll shop at Stilllwell again as I have always had great service on my vehicles and fair prices on the two cars I purchased there. More
