They usually just want to get you into a loan and out the door, so they can earn their commission. I did not feel like a commission here; Josh seems to understand that they way to longevity in sales is to first offer the very best customer service available. He spent a lot of time searching for the right vehicle for me long before he earned a cent on my sale. I will recommend him and this dealership as long as this wonderful business relationship continues. More

My sister and I have both purchased prior through Jim Cole and I decided that for my brother it would be smart to once again go back. We were looking for a bigger, SUV type vehicle. We told Jim our price point and he was very focused on ensuring we met that point or even less. There were 2 vehicles he had in mind, but 1 in particular he knew we would like. The Mercury Mariner was a great looking car and drove very well. It had everything we wanted and them some. Him and another gentleman (the guy who we signed papers with) ensured we were at our price point on the vehicle. Each time I've gone to this dealership I have had a great experience. Jim is a phenomenal guy and truly cares about each person he works with. It's far more than just a dealership trying to sell a car, it's a dealership which treats their customers like family.
