i had one issue,,nt with service but with your card reader ,,I was all set to purchase a front tag holder even though i feel sure with a brand new vehicle one should have been included;;;???????but yo reader ,,I was all set to purchase a front tag holder even though i feel sure with a brand new vehicle one should have been included;;;???????but your card reader would not let me run my card as credit and i do not put my pin in anywhere,so i still do not have a tag holder for my new car that i purchased at you dealership, other wise service was good..purhaps i will go to another dealership More

I brought my Silverado to get repaired the first week was there they lost my vehicle and they couldn't find it. Then when they finally found it and found out what happened to it. They let me know what was wr there they lost my vehicle and they couldn't find it. Then when they finally found it and found out what happened to it. They let me know what was wrong with it and it took about 2 weeks to get the part in and make the repair then called me out to pick it up. So I took off work early to come pick up the vehicle when I got there the check engine light was still on so the vehicle was not ready and they had to keep it another night. so I had a re sign for a loaner and lost a half a days pay. Then had to wait till the next day until they brought me my vehicle. Also when they brought it to me the low tire air was on and one of my tires were low so they had it the whole time and never put air in the tire also. More

Brought my truck there 3 times for a right front cab water leak. Poor communication from service writer. 1st time about a week to fix. I got the call to come pick my truck up. The porter brought my tu water leak. Poor communication from service writer. 1st time about a week to fix. I got the call to come pick my truck up. The porter brought my tuck around and the dash was still in the back seat. Had to wait 5hrs later for them to put car back together. Justin discounted the price for me. About a week later leak was still there. Truck was flooded with rain water. 2nd time brought back for repairs. Came to pick truck up, porter brought truck around with about an inch of water in floor board. Was told leak was fixed, even though floor board was soaked. 3rd time was the worst. Brought my truck on a scheduled appointment day. Didn’t receive a call or an update until the lady called me to tell me I had to re sign the loaner car agreement. My truck stat in your shop 9 days without working on it. The answer I got from Justin was sorry we dropped the ball, I’ll find out what happened. Francisco and Justin went on vacation and no work was done on my truck while they were gone. I’m sure progress does not stop when someone takes vacation days. Almost 2 1/2 go by and I get the call to pick up my truck, great. Francisco is not there, he went home early. I drive off only to make it 5 miles up I-4 and my truck goes into limp moad. Have to immediately drive back to dealership. Get a loaner again. About 4 day later I come back for my truck and was told that the mechanic didn’t hook up some sensors when they put the truck back together. Great trucks fixed right? I turn in the loaner and porter pulls my truck around. Your going to like THIS, I didn’t make it out off the dealership property and my truck shut off totally while driving. The mechanics supervisor walked out to my truck, opened the hood, check the battery area. The battery junction box was barley attached. The wires were less than finger tight. So the mechanic had to go get tools to put all of that together in the middle of the roadway. Truck is fixed and running right now as I type. Been to you dealership in the past and purchased my truck from stingray. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership in many of years. I know y’all get busy and things take time, but not going through some kind of checklist before are vehicle gets released can’t be protocol? Justin, Thank you for the loaner and covering the fees. That is the most positive from my experience. More
