I was immediately entered the service area and was greeted happily by my Service Advisor, Mr. James Briggs. He had my on-line service request and asked if there were additional needs to be added. I had none, he asked if I was dropping off the vehicle or waiting on it. I said the lateral, he gave me a estimated wait time, and directed me to their lounge for a comfortable wait. More
