I generally come in without an appointment, so I am prepared to wait 2-3 hours for oil change. I dropped my truck off for servicing 9 days ago and still have not heard anything--no diagnostic has been prepared to wait 2-3 hours for oil change. Fair price and good salesman. The finance department works hard but communication is lacking between sales and service. Bought my truck on Saturday, was told it would be ready Mo The finance department works hard but communication is lacking between sales and service. Bought my truck on Saturday, was told it would be ready Monday. On Monday they called and said it was ready and I went. After signing all the paperwork come to find out it was never serviced or detailed. Not ready. Had to come back again on Wednesday More
