Customer service is exceptional at Gene Evans! There are always at least one to two individuals to greet me upon arrival and direct me to whoever I need to see. I drive off the lot knowing I have made a sound deal. They offer and explain optional packages well (tire care, appearance package, etc.) Quality of service is always as expected; no need to return for re-servicing - thank goodness! Wait times are shorter than expected. Yes, really. I appreciate the fact that the service department explains my repairs in a way I fully understand, yet I don't feel as though they are "talking down" to me. Because of repeated outstanding service received at Gene Evans, my family buys or leases all our cars from them. The sales staff reviews ALL options with me without wasting my time. I can tell them the bottom line on what I can afford, and they show me my options. If I weren't so pleased with them, I wouldn't return time after time.
