I, too, had a very bad experience with Stocker Subaru when I took in my Subaru for repair. The repair cost me more than $1,000 and it turned out they did not even 'repair' the correct problem. In line with other reviewers, Stocker's service department is unprofessional. However, can one truly blame the service department when it is the owner(s) who is responsible for instilling this type of business philosophy in their employees. More

First off, I love my Chevrolet 2500HD. I did not buy it at Stocker. While servicing my truck, I noticed the transmission seal started leaking. First trip to Stocker, they looked it over and said it wasn't at Stocker. While servicing my truck, I noticed the transmission seal started leaking. First trip to Stocker, they looked it over and said it wasn't leaking. Second trip, they admitted it was leaking. So they installed 2 gaskets on the side of my transmission (it wasn't leaking there). Third trip (now I'm not happy), they went back to "it's not leaking." The service manager told me to take it back where I bought it. Terrible service! I opened a claim with GM and they basically said it's up to the dealership to decide if they want to do warranty work. I will never purchase or have a vehicle serviced by Stocker Chevrolet. More

Very, Very Poor Attitude when it comes to the body Shop and that is from a Bo Stake only. I came in for an estimate from a car accident. Bo Stake was a complete jerk. Bo Stake said no insurance company goi and that is from a Bo Stake only. I came in for an estimate from a car accident. Bo Stake was a complete jerk. Bo Stake said no insurance company going to pay for those damages on that car. I told him oh yes they will. He said you don't know what you’re talking about. WELL GUESS WHAT Mr. Bo Stake. They Did Pay Like I said they would. All $2900 for the damages. People like Bo Stake give your Company a bad reputation for business. More
