I had a great experience buying my first car at Stohlman Automotive! The buying process was easy and straight-forward: they asked some of the typical questions like "what's your target monthly payment" and whether I wanted a maintenance package but kept it honest when I said I wanted to focus on OTD and wasn't interested in any special add-ons. Our sales rep, Priscilla, was straightforward and professional, and took the time to explain certain features of the car to me and check-in on whether I had more questions before I drove the car off the lot. I was in at 2pm and out by 430pm. Financing was easy too, as they honored Subaru's special interest rates for March 2024. When reviewing the contract, they made sure I understood all parts of it and did not try to rush. After the purchase, I received emails from an "Encore Specialist" who followed up if I had any questions about servicing, parts, or technology. They were super helpful when I had a concern about the OEM hitch and worked to address my concerns. Everyone else I worked with was professional and assertive but not pushy. The friend (with more car buying experience) I brought along as moral support commented that it was the best car buying process she had ever been through. I've been recommending Stohlman to my friends who are car shopping for Subarus or VWs in the DMV. More

Mike the service manager listened and did a great job servicing our Tiguan. The other dealers in MD wanted to charge us for the warranty problem that was addressed at no charge to us by Stohlman VW.
