All I can say is WOW. I will never go to this service center again. After waiting a mind numbing hour and a half for an oil change on a nearly completely empty day at their shop I was already highly agit center again. After waiting a mind numbing hour and a half for an oil change on a nearly completely empty day at their shop I was already highly agitated. Lets be real I drive a civic, not a Ferrari or Bugatti. It's a a plug and play issue for oil changes. My girlfriend could literally have completed the whole deal WITH a tune up and air filter change in 30-45 minutes. After being called to the desk after our car was "ready" the sales agent then proceeded to to 900 other tasks while my girlfriend and I stood there with cash in hand for about another 15-20 minutes. The entire time we were there the sales agent was taciturn and dismissive. The price was a whole other factor. I take REALLY good care of my car and I like to keep full synthetic oil in my car. While I know that you're going to pay more at a dealer, I bertsared the sales agent when he told me it would be 70 some odd dollars for a full synthetic oil change, and they didn't even have premium FRAM oil filters. It was the generic honda garbage. Long story short, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Just buy the equipment to do it yourself. You'll pay less, get more informed about your own vehicle, and get higher quality products. More

Regarding quality of work, the day I went to pick up my vehicle Mr. Tante was with another client and I did not mind waiting. However, I was assisted by two different sales associates who seemed to do a rush, final overview of the vehicle because it appeared to be near closing time. When it came to price, I called Mr. Tante regarding the same vehicle that I found at a different location, with more features, better mileage, and different price, and before I could attempt to make a deal I was cut-off and told he would give me a call back after he spoke with his manager. On the day I was picking up my vehicle, I saw paperwork regarding how much the vehicle was purchased by the dealership from an auction and felt that I overpaid. More
My wife and I are extremely happy with our new Honda Accord, and we are even happier about the price we got. Everyone at the dealership was really easy to work and negotiate with. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I guess it's my fault for returning after I was treated so poorly the last time I took my car there. The only person there that gave good customer service was the gentleman outside waiting for customers to pull up. The Service manager looked razzled and out of sorts, so what good customer service could I really expect from the others. Lead by example I say. Customer Serious should be Job #1. Here it doesn't even compute. If you don't mind bad customer service this is the place to go. More
My experience with Chris was a very good one. He was friendly and courteous during the entire process. My only negative part of the experience (aside from the usual back and forth of negotiations) was t friendly and courteous during the entire process. My only negative part of the experience (aside from the usual back and forth of negotiations) was the extremely long wait to meet with the financial person. Chris and I had all of the paperwork filled out, yet I waited for almost 1 1/2 hours for the finance person to call me in. Poor Chris had completely run out of things to talk about by the time that the finance person came over to get me. I actually only spent about 10 minutes in finance once I made it in to the office. This was especially frustrating since I had people coming over to my house that evening. My guests ended up at my house about 45 minutes before I did. The total time spent at the dealership was just under 3 hours simply filling out paperwork, negotiating the price, and waiting for finance to call me in. The vehicle had been picked out and test driven during an earlier visit. I should probably stress that again... I did not look at, test drive, or sit in any vehicle at all during that 3 hours!! All of that was done at an earlier visit. The 3 hours was JUST for negotiations and paperwork! More

keep having issues with window tint bubbles and suppose to be refunded the money for my window tints but $150 doesn't even cover me using a outside company to re apply new window tint. so i wasted four tri to be refunded the money for my window tints but $150 doesn't even cover me using a outside company to re apply new window tint. so i wasted four trips of gas and 8 plus hours. i clicked no for recommending this dealer ship for the reason for all the cars come with tints and 90% of the cars on the lot have the same problem. Asked someone to check on a previously recommended service that I wanted to have done, they couldn't find where anything had been recommended on the last visit. Service time was great. He also said they would inspect the filters to verify need for replacement rather than simply replacing them. His concern was obviously to maximize my vehicle maintenance while holding my cost to a minimum. Worthy of repeat business. More
