I took my car in for a bad window tint job waited all day to get it back just to have it look just as bad as before. I waited in front of the service dept in front of almost the entire service dept staff for to get it back just to have it look just as bad as before. I waited in front of the service dept in front of almost the entire service dept staff for about ten minutes an no one even acknowledged me I had to go to one. Of the guys an ask or help .that was the start of it when I got the car back I was not happy with the outcome my salesman took me back to speak to Christine who basically said she had no time to deal with it an told tony to just get the tint guy jermaine I showed him what I was talking about he a said some will come out an some will not because he does not have a clean enclosed area to work in he is in the service area where the mechanics actually do the service work an the doors are always open and the wind blows dust an stuff around.i also had a totally unrelated issue with a salesman who went looking thru my deal an personal info with my brother in law when he had no right to do so he was not my salesman an should never have done that I am still considering what an if any legal action should be taken by the way the salesman was a guy named prince my salesman an the finance manager were great tony easy is a standup guy with no b.s. as well as the finance manager these two guys are great but other than that I have not had a good experience with the rest of the dealership IWill not buy or recommend stokes to anyone the service is terrible ,the salespeople or at least one of them are going into other salesmans deals an giving personal deal info to unrelated parties of the actual deal which is against the privacy act policies I would like to have any other service dept issues taken care of by another Honda dealership VERY BAD DEALINGS WITH STOKES HONDA More

I love Stokes. The employees are very nice!!!!! They fix any problems that come up. The service department is busy, but reliable. If they would wash the vehicle and vacuum, I would be overly delighted. I f any problems that come up. The service department is busy, but reliable. For it to be re done even though I checked several cars on the lot an all the tinted windows were not done well at all I recommend checking some cars tint an maybe finding another guy to tint windows I hope when he re does my car that he can do a good job but I have my doubts after seeing the other cars on the lot that were done but that is the only issue I have other than it seems as if the windows fog up real quick More

Questions are always answered fully and honestly -- even if it ends up c service, sales, clerical folks are ALL friendly and helpful in the extreme. Everybody strives to make my experience as pleasant as possible -- from the kids' play area to the complementary coffee and sodas, the experience is un-like any other car dealership I've encountered. I walked into Stokes Honda about 12 or13 years ago looking for a replacement family auto. Unknowingly, I had walked into the "maintenance" rather than the "sales" door. A balding gentleman by the na looking for a replacement family auto. Unknowingly, I had walked into the "maintenance" rather than the "sales" door. A balding gentleman by the name of Jack Nathans greeted me like he's been waiting for me to arrive all week. I told Jack what I was there for, and he immediately introduced me to a sales-person. Since then, every time I brought one of the 5 Honda Accords we have purchased there for maintenance, I have sought Jack out, if he was not at his desk. He is remarkably straight-forward and honest!! I've been driving for over 60 years now, and I've not met anyone, that works at an auto sales or maintenance business, that I would trust to the level that I do Jack Nathans!!! Capt. John P.
