I purchased a 2026 Lexus RX350h from Stoler Lexus in April 2026 and was sold a Lexus Extra Care Platinum VSA for $4,870. I decided to cancel the VSA the very next day and completed all required cancella April 2026 and was sold a Lexus Extra Care Platinum VSA for $4,870. I decided to cancel the VSA the very next day and completed all required cancellation paperwork. More than two months later, I am still waiting for my refund. The VSA administrator tells me the refund check has already been issued, while Stoler Lexus claims they have not received it. Each party keeps directing me to the other, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear answer. As a customer, I should not have to spend months chasing down a refund that was properly cancelled and approved. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up from the dealership has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Lexus expecting premium customer service. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been the exact opposite. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to Lexus Corporate and the appropriate regulatory agencies. I am posting this review in the hope that someone at Stoler Lexus management will finally take ownership of this situation and help resolve it. “A $4,870 refund should not take months to locate, and customers should not be forced to act as mediators between the dealership and the VSA administrator.” More

Unethical. Went to purchase the vehicle that was in stock. Was told it would be at MSRP.
